New Delhi (Mizzima) – Veteran journalist Win Tin said on Monday Burma’s military rulers are going the whole hog to garner diplomatic support from regional countries in the face of growing international condemnation over the trial of Opposition leader Aung San Suu Kyi.
Win Tin, who is also a central executive committee member of the Aung San Suu Kyi led National League for Democracy said, the visit of Sri Lankan President Mr. Mahinda Rajapaksa and Singapore’s Senior Minister Goh Chok Tong are all part of the junta’s effort to cosy up to regional countries.
“Clearly, the junta is in a tight spot as the international community has reacted more sharply than it had anticipated. And since it might be difficult for the regime to try and influence the West, they at least want the support of regional countries,” Win Tin added.
On Sunday, the junta’s mouthpiece newspaper reported the visit of Sri Lankan President Rajapaksa to Burma. Rajapaksa was received in Naypyitaw by the Burmese Army Chief Snr. Gen Than Shwe — a rare gesture by the junta supremo.
Similarly, Singapore’s former Prime Minister Goh Chok Tong on a four-day visit to Burma last week had meetings with Than Shwe and other junta brass.
Win Tin said, such visits are indications that the junta is seeking support from regional countries. He said the junta had not anticipated that there would be such a loud outcry from the international community by putting on trial Opposition leader Aung San Suu Kyi.
“It [junta] seems to have miscalculated on the strong support for Aung San Suu Kyi by the international community,” Win Tin said.
The junta wants to gauge China’s reaction over the mounting pressure and is likely to go ahead and sentence the Burmese Nobel Peace Laureate, if China gives the green signal, he said.
According to Win Tin, the junta is determined to sentence Aung San Suu Kyi to a prison term and put her away before their proposed 2010 general elections. But it had not anticipated such an outburst from the international community.
Sources said Thura Shwe Mann, the third leader in the Burmese military hierarchy, last week visited China without making any official announcement. On Monday, the Chinese News Agency Xinhua reported that Vice-Senior General Maung Aye, number two in the military hierarchy, is visiting China.
Observers believe these visits are aimed at explaining and trying to convince China about the junta’s stand regarding the trial of Aung San Suu Kyi and the regime’s plans ahead.
Win Tin said, “Whatever the circumstances, the junta is likely go ahead with its plan if China approves.”

Two Karen villagers raped and killed by soldiers from Burma’s army (LIB (205)
A Karen relief team based on the Thai-Burma border reported on Wednesday, June 17, that two teenaged Karen women were raped and murdered by Burmese soldiers in Kwee Law Plo village, Lu Pleh Township, Pa-an district on June 12.
Joint troops of the Burmese Army and the Democratic Karen Buddhist Army (DKBA) were passing through the village, which is 15 kilometers from Ler Per Her IDP (independent displaced persons) camp.
Speaking to The Irrawaddy on Wednesday, June 17, the Free Burma Ranger (FBR)’s communications and information coordinator said that the two women were raped and murdered in the village after their husbands had fled into the jungle to avoid being forced to work as porters for the Burmese Army.
The source said that the first victim, who was 18 years old, was eight-months pregnant, and the second victim, a 17-year-old, had a six-months-old baby.
The coordinator said the relief team members who are working underground in the area reported that Burmese soldiers from Light Infantry Battalion (LIB) 205 , which is taking part in the ongoing fighting, were involved in the crime.
The Irrawaddy has not been able to obtain independent confirmation of this incident.
The attack by a joint force of the Burmese Army and the DKBA on the Karen National Liberation Army (KNLA), which started in the first week of June, has forced about 4,000 refugees to flee to Thailand. Most of the refugees are from Ler Per Her IDP camp, which came under attack.
The FBR is actively involved in helping Karen displaced people inside Karen areas who ran away from the civil war.
On 27 December, 2008, a seven-year-old Karen girl was also raped and murdered by a Burmese soldier from LIB 350 in Nyaunglebin District, Pegu Division.
Different ethnic-rights groups based on the Thai-Burma have written reports about Burmese soldiers raping female victims of the civil war in Burma in previous years.
Karen organizations have previously accused the Burmese military of using systematic rape as a weapon to terrorize ethnic people living along the borders.
In 2004, the Karen Women Organization (KWO) published a report titled “Shattering Silences,” which claimed that Burmese troops systematically raped Karen women. The report documented 125 cases of sexual violence committed between 1988 and 2004.
The report said that half of the rapes were committed by military officers, 40 percent were gang-rapes, and in 28 percent of the cases the women were killed after being raped.
Women’s organizations in other ethnic areas have reported similar incidents. In June 2002, the Shan Women’s Action Network (SWAN) released a report titled “Licence to Rape,” which detailed testimonies from 173 ethnic Shan women who had been raped or encountered sexual violence at the hands of Burmese soldiers.

Obama urges Myanmar to release Aung San Suu Kyi
President Obama called Tuesday for the immediate and unconditional release of Myanmar opposition leader Aung San Suu Kyi, who is on trial for subversion.
Obama said the Nobel Peace Prize winner’s detention is “arbitrary” and “unjustified” in accordance with the findings of a United Nations group looking into the matter.
“I strongly condemn her house arrest and detention, which have also been condemned around the world,” Obama said in a statement.
“Aung San Suu Kyi’s continued detention, isolation and show trial, based on spurious charges, cast serious doubt on the Burmese regime’s willingness to be a responsible member of the international community,” he said. “This is an important opportunity for the government in Burma to demonstrate that it respects its own laws and its own people.”
Myanmar’s military junta, which has ruled the country since 1962, changed the English translation of the country’s name from Burma in 1989, but several governments, including the United States, still use the older name.
Suu Kyi’s U.S.-based lawyer, Jared Genser, said he was pleased the president weighed in so strongly.
Genser said sustained U.S. engagement is vital to keep the international community engaged on the “threat to international peace and security posed by the ongoing actions of the Burmese junta.”
At a prison compound in Yangon, the Myanmar capital, Suu Kyi, 63, took the stand for the first time Tuesday and told a Myanmar court that she did not violate her house arrest when she offered temporary shelter to an American man who swam to her lakeside home.
“She was very confident, very firm, very clear,” said Mark Canning, the British ambassador to Myanmar, who was among diplomats and journalists allowed to watch the proceedings.
“In a strange way, she commanded the courtroom,” he said.
Suu Kyi, who is being tried on subversion charges, said she did not learn immediately that John William Yettaw swam nearly two miles and snuck into her crumbling, colonial-era bungalow on May 3.
She was told about the visitor the next day by one of two housekeepers who are her sole companions in the heavily guarded residence, where she was under house arrest.
Suu Kyi’s two helpers are also on trial, as is Yettaw. Yettaw left her home late May 5, she said.
“He walked to the lakeside. But I don’t know which way he went, because it was very dark,” Suu Kyi said.
The Nobel laureate also acknowledged that Yettaw, a 53-year-old former military serviceman from Falcon, Missouri, visited her once before last November.
“Did you report to the authority about his arrival?” the judge asked.
“No,” she replied.
Suu Kyi had earlier told supporters that she did not tell authorities about the latest intrusion because she didn’t want Yettaw or anyone else to get in trouble.
But it is her silence for which the Myanmar’s military junta is trying her. The government said Yettaw’s presence violated conditions of Suu Kyi’s house arrest. If convicted, she could be sentenced to three to five years in prison. Suu Kyi has been held under house arrest since 1989.
The country’s regime rarely allows Suu Kyi any visitors, and foreigners are not allowed overnight stays in local households without government permission.
Suu Kyi has been under house arrest for 13 of the past 19 years — a confinement the military junta has regularly extended.
Her latest round of home detention, after five years of confinement, expires Wednesday, according to her supporters at home and abroad. The Nobel laureate has been the face of Myanmar’s pro-democracy movement and the focus of a global campaign to free her.
Though the government said it considered releasing her at the end of the term, it said it had no choice but to try her after she met with Yettaw.

“Did you report to the authority about his arrival?” the judge asked.
“No,” she replied.
Suu Kyi had earlier told supporters that she did not tell authorities about the latest intrusion because she didn’t want Yettaw or anyone else to get in trouble.
But it is her silence for which the Myanmar’s military junta is trying her. The government said Yettaw’s presence violated conditions of Suu Kyi’s house arrest. If convicted, she could be sentenced to three to five years in prison. Suu Kyi has been held under house arrest since 1989.
The country’s regime rarely allows Suu Kyi any visitors, and foreigners are not allowed overnight stays in local households without government permission.
Suu Kyi has been under house arrest for 13 of the past 19 years — a confinement the military junta has regularly extended.
Her latest round of home detention, after five years of confinement, expires Wednesday, according to her supporters at home and abroad. The Nobel laureate has been the face of Myanmar’s pro-democracy movement and the focus of a global campaign to free her.
Though the government said it considered releasing her at the end of the term, it said it had no choice but to try her after she met with Yettaw.
Obama called Suu Kyi a patriot who has sacrificed much for democracy. Her release, he said, would give the Myanmar government an opportunity to restore its global standing.
Suu Kyi’s National League for Democracy party won an overwhelming victory in 1990 in the first free elections in the country in nearly 30 years. But the military junta refused to step down and annulled the election results.

အမႈရင္ဆိုင္ေနရေသာ ေဒၚေအာင္ဆန္း စုၾကည္ကို ေတာင္အာဖရိက ႏိုင္ငံႏွင့္ ေတာင္ကိုးရီးယား ႏိုင္ငံမွ ထိပ္တန္း ေခါင္းေဆာင္မ်ားက ခ်က္ခ်င္းလႊတ္ရန္ ေတာင္းဆိုရင္း တခ်ိန္တည္းတြင္ ေတာင္အာဖရိက ႏိုင္ငံမွ Gandhi Development Trust အဖြဲ႔က ႏိုင္ငံတကာ မဟတၱမ ဂႏၵီ (MAGI) ဆုကို ခ်ီးျမႇင့္လိုက္သည္။
ထို ဆုေပးပြဲကို ၿငိမ္းခ်မ္းေရးႏွင့္ ျပန္လည္ရင္ၾကားေစ့ေရးုေန႔ျဖစ္သည့္ လာမည့္ ဇူလုိင္လ ၂၀ ရက္ေန႔တြင္ ေတာင္အာဖရိကႏိုင္ငံ Durban ၿမိဳ႕ရွိ ၿမိဳ႕နယ္ ခန္းမတြင္ က်င္းပမည္ ျဖစ္ေၾကာင္းသိရသည္။
Gandhi Development Trust အဖြဲ႔ကို ၂၀၀၂ ခုႏွစ္ ၾသဂုတ္လ ၁၉ ရက္ေန႔က တည္ေထာင္ခဲ့သည္။ ထို အဖြဲ႔၏ ရည္ရြယ္ခ်က္မွာ ဒီမိုကေရစီ၏ အႏွစ္သာရကို နားလည္သေဘာေပါက္ေစရန္၊ အၾကမ္းမဖက္ ၿငိမ္းခ်မ္းေရး တိုးျမင့္ရန္၊ လူသားတန္ဖိုးကို ျမႇင့္တင္ရန္၊ လူငယ္မ်ား အၾကမ္းမဖက္ဘဲ ခြင့္လႊတ္တတ္ေစ ေရးႏွင့္ ျပန္လည္ ရင္ၾကားေစ့ေရးအတြက္ လုပ္ေဆာင္ႏိုင္ရန္ ရည္ရြယ္ေၾကာင္း ၎တို႔၏ အင္တာနက္ စာမ်က္ႏွာတြင္ ေရးသားထားသည္။
ယခုဆုကို ၂၀၀၅ ခုႏွစ္တြင္ ေတာင္အာဖရိကႏိုင္ငံမွ အသားအေရာင္ခြဲျခားမႈ တိုက္ဖ်က္ေရး ေခါင္းေဆာင္ ႏိုဗဲလ္ၿငိမ္းခ်မ္းေရးဆုရွင္ မစၥတာ နဲလ္္ဆင္မင္ဒဲလားလည္း ရရွိခဲ့သည္။
အသက္ ၆၃ ႏွစ္ရွိ ေဒၚေအာင္ဆန္းစုၾကည္သည္ ၁၉၉၁ ခုႏွစ္တြင္ ႏိုဗဲလ္ၿငိမ္းခ်မ္းေရးဆုကို ရရွိခဲ့ၿပီး ႏိုင္ငံတကာမွ ေပးအပ္သည့္ ဆုေပါင္း ၈၀ ေက်ာ္ကို ရရွိထားသူျဖစ္သည္။
လာမည့္ ေမလ ၂၇ ရက္ေန႔တြင္ သူ႔အား စစ္အစိုးရက ေနအိမ္အက်ယ္ခ်ဳပ္ ခ်ထားရာမွ သက္တမ္း ၆ ႏွစ္ ျပည့္ၿပီျဖစ္ကာ လြတ္ေျမာက္ရမည့္ ေန႔ျဖစ္ေသာ္လည္း ေမလဆန္းပိုင္းတြင္ အေမရိကန္ႏိုင္ငံသား ဂၽြန္ ဝီလ်ံ ယက္ေထာ သူ႔ေနအိမ္သို႔ ေရကူး ဝင္ေရာက္ခဲ့မႈျဖင့္ တရားရင္ဆိုင္ ေနရသည္။
ေဒၚေအာင္ဆန္းစုၾကည္သည္ ၂၀၀၃ ခုႏွစ္ေမလ ဒီပဲယင္းအၾကမ္းဖက္ တိုက္ခိုက္မႈ အၿပီးမွ စတင္ၿပီး ေနအိမ္ အက်ယ္ခ်ဳပ္ျဖင့္ ထိန္းသိမ္းခံရသည္မွာ ၅ ႏွစ္ေက်ာ္ခဲ့ၿပီျဖစ္သည္။ ၁၉၈၉ ခုႏွစ္မွ စၿပီး ေနအိမ္ အက်ယ္ခ်ဳပ္ ျဖင့္ ေနရခ်ိန္ စုစုေပါင္း ၁၃ ႏွစ္ရွိၿပီျဖစ္သည္။
ယေန႔ ၂၂ ရက္ေန႔တြင္ပင္ ေတာင္အာဖရိကႏိုင္ငံမွ ႏိုင္ငံျခားေရး ဝန္ႀကီးကလည္း ႏိုဗဲလ္ ၿငိမ္းခ်မ္းေရး ဆုရွင္ ေဒၚေအာင္ဆန္းစုၾကည္အား ႁခြင္းခ်က္မရွိ ခ်က္ခ်င္းလြႊတ္ေပးရန္ သတင္းထုတ္ျပန္ေၾကညာခဲ့သည္။
ေတာင္အာဖရိက ႏိုင္ငံ ႏိုင္ငံျခားေရးဝန္ႀကီး Maite Nkoana-Mashabane က “ေဒၚေအာင္ဆန္းစုၾကည္ ေနအိမ္ အက်ယ္ခ်ဳပ္မွ လြတ္ေျမာက္ခါနီး ႏွစ္ပတ္အလုိက်မွ ခုလို စြဲခ်က္အသစ္နဲ႔ တရားရင္ဆိုင္ေနရတာကို သိရတဲ့ အတြက္ ေတာင္အာဖရိက အစိုးရအေနနဲ႔ စိတ္မေကာင္းျဖစ္ရပါတယ္” ဟု ထိုေၾကညာခ်က္တြင္ ေဖာ္ျပ ပါရွိသည္။
ေတာင္အာဖရိက အစိုးရအေနျဖင့္ ယခင္ေန႔ သတင္းမ်ားအရ ေဒၚေအာင္ဆန္းစုၾကည္ က်န္းမာေရး ခ်ိဳ႕တဲ့မႈမ်ားကိုလည္း ၾကားသိထားသျဖင့္ သူ၏ က်န္းမာေရးကိုလည္း စိုးရိမ္ပူပန္ေၾကာင္းေျပာဆို ထားသည္။

ေက်းဇူးတင္လြန္းလို႔ ဒီစာကုိ ေရးလိုုက္ရျခင္းျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ဗိုလ္ခ်ဳပ္မႉးႀကီးက တကယ့္ ေစတနာရွင္ႀကီးပါပဲဲ။ ဗိုလ္ခ်ဳပ္မႉးႀကီးေၾကာင့္သာ က်မကို တကမၻာလံုးက လူေတြ သတိတရနဲ႔ အာ႐ံုစိုက္လာၾကတာပါ။

ႏိုင္ငံတကာမေျပာနဲ႔ က်မတို႔ ႏုိင္ငံထဲက လူေတြေတာင္ က်မကို ေမ့ေတ့ေတ့ ျဖစ္ေနပါၿပီေလ။ က်မလည္း အိမ္ထဲ မွာ အၾကာႀကီးေနေနရတာ ပ်င္းလွၿပီ။ တေန႔တေန႔ ေဒၚခင္ခင္ဝင္းနဲ႔ မဝင္းမမ .. ဒီမ်က္ႏွာ ႏွစ္ခုပဲ ျမင္ေနရ၊ ဒီပစၥည္းေတြနဲ႔ပဲ ထိေတြ႕ေနရတာလည္း ညည္းေငြ႕လွၿပီ။
အဲဒီလိုက်မ ပ်င္းေန၊ ညည္းေငြ႕ေနတာကို ဗိုလ္ခ်ဳပ္မႉးႀကီးက သိပံုေပၚတယ္။ တကယ့္ကို အေမွ်ာ္အျမင္ႀကီးတဲ့ ဗိုလ္ခ်ဳပ္မႉးႀကီးပါပဲ။ က်မကို လူေတြေမ့ေနတာကို ၾကည့္ၿပီး စိတ္မေကာင္း ျဖစ္သြားတယ္ထင္တယ္၊ ႐ုတ္တရက္ ႀကီး တကယ့္ကို ရယ္စရာေကာင္းတဲ့ လူတေယာက္ကို က်မဆီ လႊတ္လိုက္တဲ့ကိစၥ .. ေတာ္႐ံုစဥ္းစားဥာဏ္နဲ႔ ဘယ္သူက ေတြးမိမွာလဲ။ ဗိုလ္ခ်ဳပ္မႉးႀကီးလို ဦးေႏွာက္ေကာင္းတဲ့ သူမို႔လို႔ေပါ့။
က်မတို႔ ၃ ေယာက္လံုး အိမ္ထဲမွာ ညည္းေငြ႕ေနၾကတုန္း လူစိမ္းတေယာက္ကို လႊတ္လိုက္ေတာ့ အ႐ုပ္သစ္ရတဲ့ ကေလးေတြလိုပဲ က်မတို႔ ေပ်ာ္ၾကတာေပါ့။ သူ႔ခမ်ာလည္း ေရေသႀကီးထဲ မနည္းကူးလာရတာ ဆိုေတာ့ က်မတို႔ အားလံုး ရွိတာေလးေတြ ထုတ္ေကၽြးၾကရင္း စကားေျပာေဖာ္ အသစ္တေယာက္ ေရာက္လာသလို ျဖစ္သြားတာ ေပါ့ေလ။
ဗိုလ္ခ်ဳပ္မႉးႀကီးက ဒီေလာက္နဲ႔တင္ မေက်နပ္ဘူး။ မစၥတာယက္ေထာ အိမ္ထဲဝင္တဲ့ကိစၥေၾကာင့္ “က်မကို အက်ယ္ခ်ဳပ္ရက္ ထပ္တိုးတယ္” လို႔ အာဏာသံုးၿပီး ေျပာလိုက္လည္း ရရဲ႕သားနဲ႔ ေစတနာဗရပြနဲ႔ အလုပ္ရႈပ္ ခံရွာတယ္။
“ေၾသာ္ ေကာင္မေလးခမ်ာ ပ်င္းေနရွာတယ္၊ လူေတြနဲ႔လည္း မေတြ႕ရတာ ၆ ႏွစ္နီးပါး ရွိေနရွာၿပီ။ လူေတြနဲ႔ ေတြ႕ရေအာင္ လုပ္ေပးဦးမွ” ဆိုၿပီး ဗိုလ္ခ်ဳပ္မႉးႀကီး စဥ္းစားတယ္ မဟုတ္လား။ အဲဒီလို ေစတနာ ထားတာ။
လူႏွစ္ေယာက္ထဲနဲ႔ ေနခဲ့ရတဲ့ က်မ .. ခုလို လူေပါင္းမ်ားစြာနဲ႔ ေတြ႕လိုက္ရတာ ဘယ္ေလာက္ ေပ်ာ္လိုက္မလဲ စဥ္းစားသာၾကည့္။ စကားေတြလည္း ေျပာရေသးတယ္၊ ၿပီးေတာ့ က်မရဲ႕ ေရွ႕ေနႀကီးေတြဆိုလည္း ေတြ႕ရ ပါေတာ့မလား ထင္တာ ခုျပန္ေတြ႕ခြင့္၊ စကားေျပာခြင့္ရတယ္။ ဘာပဲျဖစ္ျဖစ္ ခုလို က်မကို မပ်င္းရေအာင္ ဒီလို အေျခအေနေတြ ဖန္တီးေပးတာ ဗိုလ္ခ်ဳပ္မႉးႀကီးကို ေက်းဇူးတင္ထိုက္တာေပါ့ မဟုတ္ဘူးလား။
ေနာက္တခုရွိေသးတယ္ .. ဘယ္သူေတြက “တံခါးဖြင့္ တရားစီရင္ေရးလုပ္ပါ” ဆိုၿပီး ဘယ္ေလာက္ပဲ ေတာင္းဆိုေတာင္းဆို .. လုပ္ခ်င္ရာလုပ္ေနက် ဗိုလ္ခ်ဳပ္မႉးႀကီးရဲ႕ ဉာဥ္အတုိင္း “မဖြင့္ဘူးကြာ ဒီတုိင္းစစ္” လုိ႔ လုပ္လို႔ရရဲ႕သားနဲ႔ ေစတနာေတြ ေဝျဖာၿပီး သံတမန္ေတြ၊ သတင္းေထာက္ေတြကို (ဟန္ျပပဲျဖစ္ျဖစ္) ဝင္ခြင့္ ေပးခိုင္းတာလည္း ေက်းဇူးတင္ရမွာပဲေလ။
အဲဒီေတာ့ ပြဲက ပိုဆူသြားတာေပါ့၊ အဲဒီမွာ ႏိုင္ငံတကာက ပိုအာ႐ံုစိုက္လာတဲ့ အျပင္ က်မရဲ႕ သတင္းေတြ၊ ဓာတ္ပံုေတြ၊ ရုပ္သံမွတ္တမ္းေတြ ဆိုတာ ႏုိင္ငံတကာက မီဒီယာေတြ၊ ႐ုပ္သံေတြမွာ တင္းၾကမ္းျပည့္ ပါလာၿပီး လူေတြကလည္း အန္တီစု၊ အေမစု၊ မမစု၊ ညီမေလးစု .. ဘာစု၊ ညာစုနဲ႔ အုတ္အုတ္က်က္က်က္ လုပ္ကုန္ၾကေရာ မဟုတ္လား။
က်မ ေျပာေနက် အမ်ိဳးသားျပန္လည္ သင့္ျမတ္ေရးကိစၥကို ထပ္ေျပာခြင့္ရေအာင္လည္း ဗိုလ္ခ်ဳပ္မႉးႀကီးက ဖန္တီး ေပးျပန္တယ္။ သံတမန္ ၃ ေယာက္နဲ႔ အင္းစိန္ေထာင္ထဲမွာ စကားေျပာခြင့္ရဖို႔ဆိုတာ ဘယ္လြယ္လိမ့္မလဲေနာ္။ က်မလို ေနအိမ္အက်ယ္ခ်ဳပ္က်ခံထားရၿပီး ဘယ္သူနဲ႔မွ ေတြ႕ခြင့္မရတဲ့ သူတေယာက္အဖို႔ ပိုေတာင္ မလြယ္ေသး တယ္။
က်မကို ၂ ပတ္ေလာက္အတြင္းမွာ တကမၻာလံုးကလူေတြ အာရံုစိုက္လာေအာင္ လုပ္ေပးတဲ့ ဗိုလ္ခ်ဳပ္မႉးႀကီးရဲ႕ အစြမ္းကေတာ့ အံ့မခန္းပါပဲ။ ခုဆို က်မအမႈတရားစီရင္ေရးက ၂၀၀၉ အတြက္ အထူးျခားဆံုး တရားစီရင္မႈ ျဖစ္ သြားေလာက္ၿပီ။
ၾကည့္ရတာ ဗိုလ္ခ်ဳပ္မႉးႀကီးက တ႐ုတ္နဲ႔ ကိုရီးယား ဇာတ္လမ္းတြဲေတြ ႀကိဳက္တတ္တယ္ ထင္တယ္ေနာ္။ စိတ္ကူးယဥ္ ဇာတ္လမ္းေတြ ေရးတာလည္းေတာ္ေတာ္ ေတာ္တယ္။ ဗိုလ္ခ်ဳပ္မႉးႀကီးသာ ႐ုပ္ရွင္ဝင္႐ိုက္ရင္ ဒါ႐ုိက္တာ ေမာင္မ်ိဳးမင္းတို႔၊ စင္ေရာ္ ေမာင္ေမာင္တို႔ေတာင္ အလုပ္လက္မဲ့ ျဖစ္သြားႏုိင္တယ္။
ဗိုလ္ခ်ဳပ္မႉးႀကီးႀကိဳက္တတ္တဲ့ ႐ုပ္ရွင္ စကားနဲ႔ေျပာရရင္ေတာ့ ဒီဇာတ္လမ္းမွာ ဗိုလ္ခ်ဳပ္မႉးႀကီးက က်မကို မင္းသမီး တင္ေပးလိုက္တာပဲ။ နာမည္ျမဳပ္စ ျပဳေနတဲ့ မင္းသမီးကို တကားတည္းနဲ႔ နာမည္ျပန္ႀကီးေအာင္ လုပ္ေပးလိုက္တာနဲ႔ အတူတူပဲ။ စိတ္မေကာင္းစရာ အခ်က္က ဗိုလ္ခ်ဳပ္မႉးႀကီးကေတာ့ လူၾကမ္း ျဖစ္သြားတာ ေပါ့ေလ။ က်မကေတာ့ လူၾကမ္းက နာနာ႐ိုက္တာကိုခံရတဲ့ မင္းသမီးေပါ့။
ဇာတ္ထဲမွာ လူၾကမ္းက မင္းသမီးကို နာနာႏွက္ေလ ပရိသတ္က မင္းသမီးကို ဂ႐ုဏာသက္ေလ၊ လူၾကမ္းကို မုန္းေလ ဆိုတာကေတာ့ သဘာဝပါပဲ။ ဒါေပမယ့္လည္း စိတ္မညစ္ပါနဲ႔ လူၾကမ္းေတြလည္း အကယ္ဒမီေတာ့ ရႏုိင္ပါေသးတယ္။ အံ့ေက်ာ္ႀကီးတို႔ ေအာင္ခိုင္တို႔ေတာင္ အကယ္ဒမီ ရေသးတာပဲ။
ခ်ီးက်ဴးစရာေကာင္းတာ တခ်က္ရွိေသးတယ္ .. ဗိုလ္ခ်ဳပ္မႉးႀကီးတင္ ဇာတ္ညႊန္းေရးေတာ္တယ္ ထင္တာ ဗိုလ္ခ်ဳပ္မႉးႀကီးရဲ႕ ေနာက္လိုက္ေနာက္ပါေတြကလည္း စိတ္ကူးယဥ္ ဝတၳဳေရးတဲ့ေနရာမွာ ေတာ္ေတာ္ ေတာ္ပါလား။ ေဟာင္ေကာင္က ေကာင္စစ္ဝန္ ဦးရဲျမင့္ေအာင္က က်မနဲ႔ မစၥတာ ယက္ေထာက သမီး ရည္းစားေတြ လို႔ ေျပာတယ္တဲ့။ ၾကည့္ရတာ အလြန္ဆြတ္ပ်ံ႕ေၾကကြဲဖြယ္ရာ အခ်စ္ဇာတ္လမ္း တပုဒ္ ဖန္တီးခ်င္ပံုရတယ္။ ဒီလိုလူေတြရွိေနရဲ႕သားနဲ႔ ျမန္မာ့႐ုပ္ရွင္ ကမၻာကို ဘာလို႔မလႊမ္းသလဲ စဥ္းစားမရဘူး။ သူ႔ခမ်ာလည္း သူ႔ ပါပါ ဗိုလ္ခ်ဳပ္မႉးႀကီး သူ႔ကို ေမ့ေနမွာစိုးလို႔ ထေအာ္ေပးတာ ထင္ပါရဲ႕။ သတိရေၾကာင္းေလး စာလွမ္းေရးလိုက္ပါဦး။
ဗိုလ္ခ်ဳပ္မႉးႀကီးအတြက္ ေနာက္ထပ္ စိတ္မေကာင္းျဖစ္မိတာတခု ရွိေသတယ္။ ၂၀၁၀ ေရြးေကာက္ပြဲမွာ NLD သာ ဝင္အေရြးခံရင္ ၁၉၉၀ ေရြးေကာက္ပြဲလို မဲအျပတ္အသတ္နဲ႔ ႏုိင္ဦးေတာ့မွာ။ အဲဒီလိုျဖစ္ေအာင္လည္း ဗိုလ္ခ်ဳပ္မႉး ႀကီးက လုပ္ေပးလိုက္တာပါ။ ႏွစ္ ၂၀ လံုးလံုး မနည္းကို က်ားကန္ထားရတဲ့ NLD ပါတီက ဗိုလ္ခ်ဳပ္မႉးႀကီး လုပ္ေပး လိုက္တာနဲ႔ ေမ့ေနတဲ့သူေတြ သတိျပန္ရ၊ လံုးဝမသိေသးတဲ့သူေတြလည္း သိလာၾကနဲ႔ လူေတြ ေတာ္ေတာ္ အာ႐ံုစိုက္လာတာ ခံေနရၿပီ။ ဒါ ဗိုလ္ခ်ဳပ္မႉးႀကီးရဲ႕ ေက်းဇူးေၾကာင့္ပဲ။
ဗိုလ္ခ်ဳပ္မႉးႀကီးက ဒါ႐ိုက္တာလုပ္တာ၊ ဇာတ္ညႊန္းေရးတာတင္ ေတာ္တာမဟုတ္ဘူး ပ႐ိုမိုးရွင္းလုပ္တဲ့ ေနရာ မွာလည္း ေတာ္ေတာ္ ေတာ္တာပဲ။ က်မကေတာ့ ဗိုလ္ခ်ဳပ္မႉးႀကီးကို လစာေကာင္းေကာင္းေပးၿပီး က်မပါတီကို လူပိုသိေအာင္၊ နာမည္တက္ေအာင္ လုပ္ေပးတဲ့ ကိုယ္စားလွယ္ (PR) ခန္႔ခ်င္လာၿပီ။
စဥ္းစားၾကည့္ေတာ့ ဗိုလ္ခ်ဳပ္မႉးႀကီးက ကိုယ့္ကိုယ္ကိုယ္ အနစ္နာခံ၊ လူၾကမ္းအျဖစ္ခံၿပီး က်မနဲ႔ က်မရဲ႕ပါတီကို ကမၻာက ပိုသိေအာင္ နာမည္တက္ေအာင္ လုပ္ေပးလိုက္တာပဲ။ ဘယ္လိုပဲ ျဖစ္ျဖစ္ NLD ပဲ ႏုိင္ဦးမွာ ဆိုေတာ့ ခုကတည္းက ဗိုလ္ခ်ဳပ္မႉးႀကီးတို႔လို လူေတာ္ေတြ ေမြးထားဖို႔ လိုတယ္ေလ။ ဆက္သြယ္ဖို႔ မေမ့နဲ႔ေနာ္..။ လစာ ေကာင္းေကာင္း ေပးမွာပါ။ ။

Gandhi Development Trust အဖြဲ႔ကို ၂၀၀၂ ခုႏွစ္ ၾသဂုတ္လ ၁၉ ရက္ေန႔က တည္ေထာင္ခဲ့သည္။ ထို အဖြဲ႔၏ ရည္ရြယ္ခ်က္မွာ ဒီမိုကေရစီ၏ အႏွစ္သာရကို နားလည္သေဘာေပါက္ေစရန္၊ အၾကမ္းမဖက္ ၿငိမ္းခ်မ္းေရး တိုးျမင့္ရန္၊ လူသားတန္ဖိုးကို ျမႇင့္တင္ရန္၊ လူငယ္မ်ား အၾကမ္းမဖက္ဘဲ ခြင့္လႊတ္တတ္ေစ ေရးႏွင့္ ျပန္လည္ ရင္ၾကားေစ့ေရးအတြက္ လုပ္ေဆာင္ႏိုင္ရန္ ရည္ရြယ္ေၾကာင္း ၎တို႔၏ အင္တာနက္ စာမ်က္ႏွာတြင္ ေရးသားထားသည္။
ယခုဆုကို ၂၀၀၅ ခုႏွစ္တြင္ ေတာင္အာဖရိကႏိုင္ငံမွ အသားအေရာင္ခြဲျခားမႈ တိုက္ဖ်က္ေရး ေခါင္းေဆာင္ ႏိုဗဲလ္ၿငိမ္းခ်မ္းေရးဆုရွင္ မစၥတာ နဲလ္္ဆင္မင္ဒဲလားလည္း ရရွိခဲ့သည္။
အသက္ ၆၃ ႏွစ္ရွိ ေဒၚေအာင္ဆန္းစုၾကည္သည္ ၁၉၉၁ ခုႏွစ္တြင္ ႏိုဗဲလ္ၿငိမ္းခ်မ္းေရးဆုကို ရရွိခဲ့ၿပီး ႏိုင္ငံတကာမွ ေပးအပ္သည့္ ဆုေပါင္း ၈၀ ေက်ာ္ကို ရရွိထားသူျဖစ္သည္။
လာမည့္ ေမလ ၂၇ ရက္ေန႔တြင္ သူ႔အား စစ္အစိုးရက ေနအိမ္အက်ယ္ခ်ဳပ္ ခ်ထားရာမွ သက္တမ္း ၆ ႏွစ္ ျပည့္ၿပီျဖစ္ကာ လြတ္ေျမာက္ရမည့္ ေန႔ျဖစ္ေသာ္လည္း ေမလဆန္းပိုင္းတြင္ အေမရိကန္ႏိုင္ငံသား ဂၽြန္ ဝီလ်ံ ယက္ေထာ သူ႔ေနအိမ္သို႔ ေရကူး ဝင္ေရာက္ခဲ့မႈျဖင့္ တရားရင္ဆိုင္ ေနရသည္။
ေဒၚေအာင္ဆန္းစုၾကည္သည္ ၂၀၀၃ ခုႏွစ္ေမလ ဒီပဲယင္းအၾကမ္းဖက္ တိုက္ခိုက္မႈ အၿပီးမွ စတင္ၿပီး ေနအိမ္ အက်ယ္ခ်ဳပ္ျဖင့္ ထိန္းသိမ္းခံရသည္မွာ ၅ ႏွစ္ေက်ာ္ခဲ့ၿပီျဖစ္သည္။ ၁၉၈၉ ခုႏွစ္မွ စၿပီး ေနအိမ္ အက်ယ္ခ်ဳပ္ ျဖင့္ ေနရခ်ိန္ စုစုေပါင္း ၁၃ ႏွစ္ရွိၿပီျဖစ္သည္။
ယေန႔ ၂၂ ရက္ေန႔တြင္ပင္ ေတာင္အာဖရိကႏိုင္ငံမွ ႏိုင္ငံျခားေရး ဝန္ႀကီးကလည္း ႏိုဗဲလ္ ၿငိမ္းခ်မ္းေရး ဆုရွင္ ေဒၚေအာင္ဆန္းစုၾကည္အား ႁခြင္းခ်က္မရွိ ခ်က္ခ်င္းလြႊတ္ေပးရန္ သတင္းထုတ္ျပန္ေၾကညာခဲ့သည္။
ေတာင္အာဖရိက ႏိုင္ငံ ႏိုင္ငံျခားေရးဝန္ႀကီး Maite Nkoana-Mashabane က “ေဒၚေအာင္ဆန္းစုၾကည္ ေနအိမ္ အက်ယ္ခ်ဳပ္မွ လြတ္ေျမာက္ခါနီး ႏွစ္ပတ္အလုိက်မွ ခုလို စြဲခ်က္အသစ္နဲ႔ တရားရင္ဆိုင္ေနရတာကို သိရတဲ့ အတြက္ ေတာင္အာဖရိက အစိုးရအေနနဲ႔ စိတ္မေကာင္းျဖစ္ရပါတယ္” ဟု ထိုေၾကညာခ်က္တြင္ ေဖာ္ျပ ပါရွိသည္။
ေတာင္အာဖရိက အစိုးရအေနျဖင့္ ယခင္ေန႔ သတင္းမ်ားအရ ေဒၚေအာင္ဆန္းစုၾကည္ က်န္းမာေရး ခ်ိဳ႕တဲ့မႈမ်ားကိုလည္း ၾကားသိထားသျဖင့္ သူ၏ က်န္းမာေရးကိုလည္း စိုးရိမ္ပူပန္ေၾကာင္းေျပာဆို ထားသည္။
ေတာင္ကိုးရီးယားႏိုင္ငံ သမၼတေဟာင္းျဖစ္သူ Kim Dae-Jung ကလည္း ေတာင္ကိုးရီးယား အေျခစိုက္ ျပည္ပေရာက္ ျမန္မာ ပါလီမန္ ေခါင္းေဆာင္မ်ားႏွင့္ အမ်ိဳးသားဒီမိုကေရစီ အဖြဲ႔ခ်ဳပ္ လြတ္ေျမာက္နယ္ေျမ (ကိုးရီယားဌာနခြဲ) ေခါင္းေဆာင္ တို႔ႏွင့္ သမၼတေဟာင္း၏ ေနအိမ္ ရွိရာ ဆိုလ္းၿမိဳ႕တြင္ ယေန႔ ေတြ႔ဆံုခဲ့ ေသးသည္။

ေက်းဇူးတင္လြန္းလို႔ ဒီစာကုိ ေရးလိုုက္ရျခင္းျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ဗိုလ္ခ်ဳပ္မႉးႀကီးက တကယ့္ ေစတနာရွင္ႀကီးပါပဲဲ။ ဗိုလ္ခ်ဳပ္မႉးႀကီးေၾကာင့္သာ က်မကို တကမၻာလံုးက လူေတြ သတိတရနဲ႔ အာ႐ံုစိုက္လာၾကတာပါ။
တကယ္ဆို က်မကို အားလံုးက ေမ့ေနၾကၿပီေလ။ ေအာ္ေနၾကတဲ့သူေတြလည္း ေမာၾကၿပီ။ ဝတၱရားမပ်က္ ေအာ္ၾကရင္း အသံေတြလည္း ဝင္ကုန္ၿပီ။
ဒီၾကားထဲ က်မတို႔ထက္ အေရးႀကီးတဲ့ ႏုိင္ငံေတြရဲ႕ ကိစၥေတြက ဟုိကေပၚလာ ဒီက ေပၚလာနဲ႔ ဆိုေတာ့ ႏုိင္ငံ တကာကလည္း “ေဒၚေအာင္ဆန္းစုၾကည္ဆိုတာ သူ႔အိ္မ္ထဲမွာ သူ ေအးရာေအးေၾကာင္း ေနေနရတဲ့ ႏို္ဗဲလ္ ဆုရွင္ပဲေလ။ တခ်က္တခ်က္ ထေအာ္ေပးလိုက္ ေတာ္ေရာေပါ့၊ တျခား ပိုအေရးႀကီးတဲ့ ႏုိင္ငံေတြ ရွိေသးတယ္” ဆိုၿပီး က်မနဲ႔ပတ္သက္တဲ့ ကိစၥကို ပ်င္းကုန္ၾကၿပီ မဟုတ္လား။
ႏိုင္ငံတကာမေျပာနဲ႔ က်မတို႔ ႏုိင္ငံထဲက လူေတြေတာင္ က်မကို ေမ့ေတ့ေတ့ ျဖစ္ေနပါၿပီေလ။ က်မလည္း အိမ္ထဲ မွာ အၾကာႀကီးေနေနရတာ ပ်င္းလွၿပီ။ တေန႔တေန႔ ေဒၚခင္ခင္ဝင္းနဲ႔ မဝင္းမမ .. ဒီမ်က္ႏွာ ႏွစ္ခုပဲ ျမင္ေနရ၊ ဒီပစၥည္းေတြနဲ႔ပဲ ထိေတြ႕ေနရတာလည္း ညည္းေငြ႕လွၿပီ။
အဲဒီလိုက်မ ပ်င္းေန၊ ညည္းေငြ႕ေနတာကို ဗိုလ္ခ်ဳပ္မႉးႀကီးက သိပံုေပၚတယ္။ တကယ့္ကို အေမွ်ာ္အျမင္ႀကီးတဲ့ ဗိုလ္ခ်ဳပ္မႉးႀကီးပါပဲ။ က်မကို လူေတြေမ့ေနတာကို ၾကည့္ၿပီး စိတ္မေကာင္း ျဖစ္သြားတယ္ထင္တယ္၊ ႐ုတ္တရက္ ႀကီး တကယ့္ကို ရယ္စရာေကာင္းတဲ့ လူတေယာက္ကို က်မဆီ လႊတ္လိုက္တဲ့ကိစၥ .. ေတာ္႐ံုစဥ္းစားဥာဏ္နဲ႔ ဘယ္သူက ေတြးမိမွာလဲ။ ဗိုလ္ခ်ဳပ္မႉးႀကီးလို ဦးေႏွာက္ေကာင္းတဲ့ သူမို႔လို႔ေပါ့။
က်မတို႔ ၃ ေယာက္လံုး အိမ္ထဲမွာ ညည္းေငြ႕ေနၾကတုန္း လူစိမ္းတေယာက္ကို လႊတ္လိုက္ေတာ့ အ႐ုပ္သစ္ရတဲ့ ကေလးေတြလိုပဲ က်မတို႔ ေပ်ာ္ၾကတာေပါ့။ သူ႔ခမ်ာလည္း ေရေသႀကီးထဲ မနည္းကူးလာရတာ ဆိုေတာ့ က်မတို႔ အားလံုး ရွိတာေလးေတြ ထုတ္ေကၽြးၾကရင္း စကားေျပာေဖာ္ အသစ္တေယာက္ ေရာက္လာသလို ျဖစ္သြားတာ ေပါ့ေလ။
ဗိုလ္ခ်ဳပ္မႉးႀကီးက ဒီေလာက္နဲ႔တင္ မေက်နပ္ဘူး။ မစၥတာယက္ေထာ အိမ္ထဲဝင္တဲ့ကိစၥေၾကာင့္ “က်မကို အက်ယ္ခ်ဳပ္ရက္ ထပ္တိုးတယ္” လို႔ အာဏာသံုးၿပီး ေျပာလိုက္လည္း ရရဲ႕သားနဲ႔ ေစတနာဗရပြနဲ႔ အလုပ္ရႈပ္ ခံရွာတယ္။
“ေၾသာ္ ေကာင္မေလးခမ်ာ ပ်င္းေနရွာတယ္၊ လူေတြနဲ႔လည္း မေတြ႕ရတာ ၆ ႏွစ္နီးပါး ရွိေနရွာၿပီ။ လူေတြနဲ႔ ေတြ႕ရေအာင္ လုပ္ေပးဦးမွ” ဆိုၿပီး ဗိုလ္ခ်ဳပ္မႉးႀကီး စဥ္းစားတယ္ မဟုတ္လား။ အဲဒီလို ေစတနာ ထားတာ။
လူႏွစ္ေယာက္ထဲနဲ႔ ေနခဲ့ရတဲ့ က်မ .. ခုလို လူေပါင္းမ်ားစြာနဲ႔ ေတြ႕လိုက္ရတာ ဘယ္ေလာက္ ေပ်ာ္လိုက္မလဲ စဥ္းစားသာၾကည့္။ စကားေတြလည္း ေျပာရေသးတယ္၊ ၿပီးေတာ့ က်မရဲ႕ ေရွ႕ေနႀကီးေတြဆိုလည္း ေတြ႕ရ ပါေတာ့မလား ထင္တာ ခုျပန္ေတြ႕ခြင့္၊ စကားေျပာခြင့္ရတယ္။ ဘာပဲျဖစ္ျဖစ္ ခုလို က်မကို မပ်င္းရေအာင္ ဒီလို အေျခအေနေတြ ဖန္တီးေပးတာ ဗိုလ္ခ်ဳပ္မႉးႀကီးကို ေက်းဇူးတင္ထိုက္တာေပါ့ မဟုတ္ဘူးလား။
ေနာက္တခုရွိေသးတယ္ .. ဘယ္သူေတြက “တံခါးဖြင့္ တရားစီရင္ေရးလုပ္ပါ” ဆိုၿပီး ဘယ္ေလာက္ပဲ ေတာင္းဆိုေတာင္းဆို .. လုပ္ခ်င္ရာလုပ္ေနက် ဗိုလ္ခ်ဳပ္မႉးႀကီးရဲ႕ ဉာဥ္အတုိင္း “မဖြင့္ဘူးကြာ ဒီတုိင္းစစ္” လုိ႔ လုပ္လို႔ရရဲ႕သားနဲ႔ ေစတနာေတြ ေဝျဖာၿပီး သံတမန္ေတြ၊ သတင္းေထာက္ေတြကို (ဟန္ျပပဲျဖစ္ျဖစ္) ဝင္ခြင့္ ေပးခိုင္းတာလည္း ေက်းဇူးတင္ရမွာပဲေလ။

ဗိုလ္ခ်ဳပ္မႉးႀကီးအတြက္ ေနာက္ထပ္ စိတ္မေကာင္းျဖစ္မိတာတခု ရွိေသတယ္။ ၂၀၁၀ ေရြးေကာက္ပြဲမွာ NLD သာ ဝင္အေရြးခံရင္ ၁၉၉၀ ေရြးေကာက္ပြဲလို မဲအျပတ္အသတ္နဲ႔ ႏုိင္ဦးေတာ့မွာ။ အဲဒီလိုျဖစ္ေအာင္လည္း ဗိုလ္ခ်ဳပ္မႉး ႀကီးက လုပ္ေပးလိုက္တာပါ။ ႏွစ္ ၂၀ လံုးလံုး မနည္းကို က်ားကန္ထားရတဲ့ NLD ပါတီက ဗိုလ္ခ်ဳပ္မႉးႀကီး လုပ္ေပး လိုက္တာနဲ႔ ေမ့ေနတဲ့သူေတြ သတိျပန္ရ၊ လံုးဝမသိေသးတဲ့သူေတြလည္း သိလာၾကနဲ႔ လူေတြ ေတာ္ေတာ္ အာ႐ံုစိုက္လာတာ ခံေနရၿပီ။ ဒါ ဗိုလ္ခ်ဳပ္မႉးႀကီးရဲ႕ ေက်းဇူးေၾကာင့္ပဲ။

နအဖရဲ ့ လုပ္ႀကံဇတ္လမ္းကို တာ၀န္သိ ျပည္သူတစ္ဦးက စတင္ ထုတ္ေဖၚ ေျပာဆိုပါျပီ။
ေမလ (၂) ရက္ေန႔က ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံသို႕ ရန္ကုန္ေလဆိပ္မွ တဆင့္ေရာက္ ႐ွိလာၿပီး ဟိုတယ္မွာတည္းတယ္။ ေနာက္ေန ့ညေနပိုင္းမွာ အင္းယားကန္အတြင္းမွ ေရးကူးျပီး ေဒၚေအာင္ဆန္းစုႀကည္ရဲ ့ေနအိမ္ဘက္ကို ကူးခတ္သြားတာ ျဖစ္တယ္လို ့ နအဖအင္တာနက္ စာမ်က္ႏွာကေနတစ္ဆင့္ သတင္းလႊင္ခဲ့တဲ့ နအဖရဲ ့ ဂြ်န္၀ီလီယံယက္ေတာရဲ ့ ဇတ္လမ္းဟာ လုပ္ႀကံဇတ္လမ္းသာ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။

ဒါဆိုရင္ ဂြ်န္၀ီလီယံယက္ေတာ ေရကူး၀င္တာ မဟုတ္ရင္ နအဖေတြ ဖန္တီးလုပ္ႀကံတဲ့ဇတ္လမ္းဟာ အစကတည္းက မမွန္ဖူးဆိုတာပါဘဲ။ နအဖဘက္က အစီအစဥ္က်က် အကြက္က်က် ဖန္တီးျပီး ဒီဇတ္လမ္းကို ထြင္တာဆိုတာ အမွန္အတိုင္း ထြက္ေပၚလာဖို ့ လိုေနပါျပီ။ ေဒၚေအာင္ဆန္းစုႀကည္ကို မတရား အမွဳလိမ္ျပီး ေထာင္သြင္းအက်ဥ္းခ်ဖို ့ လုပ္တဲ့ နအဖတို ့ရဲ ့ လုပ္ရပ္ကို ျပည္သူေတြ မခံမရပ္ႏိုင္ ျဖစ္ေနႀကပါျပီ။ ဒီလို မခံမရပ္ႏိုင္ျဖစ္ေနႀကတဲ့ ျပည္သူေတြထဲက အျဖစ္အပ်က္အမွန္ကို ေဖၚထုတ္ေပးႀကဖို ့ လုပ္လာႀကမယ္ဆိုတာ မလႊဲမေသြပါဘဲ။
နအဖက ဂြ်န္၀ီလီယံယက္ေတာကို အေႀကာင္းျပဳျပီး ေဒၚေအာင္ဆန္းစုႀကည္ကို ေမလ (၁၄) ရက္ေန ့က အင္းစိန္ေထာင္အတြင္း ေခၚေဆာင္သြားကာ မတရား အမွဳဆင္ျပီး အမွဳစြဲဆိုကာ ျပန္မလႊတ္ေသးဘဲ ထိန္းသိမ္းထားမွဳသတင္းကို ႀကားႀကရတဲ့ ရန္ကုန္ျမဳိ ့က ျပည္သူလူထုေတြထဲက ထူးထူးျခားျခား ျပည္သူတစ္ဦးက သူကိုယ္တိုင္ ႀကဳံေတြ ့သိခဲ့ရတဲ့ အျဖစ္အပ်က္ကို အဆက္သြယ္ စတင္လုပ္လာပါတယ္။
ဒီလို ဆက္သြယ္လာခဲ့တဲ့သူကေတာ့ ရန္ကုန္ျမဳိ ့က တကၠစီကားေမာင္းသူတစ္ဦး ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ စစခ်င္း ဆက္သြယ္လာတဲ့အခ်ိန္မွာ သူ ့အေနနဲ ့ ဂြ်န္၀ီလီယံယက္ေတာနဲ ့ ပတ္သက္တာ သူေျပာျပခ်င္ပါတယ္။ ဒီအတြက္ သူဘယ္ေနရာက ေစာင့္ဆိုင္းေနမွာ ျဖစ္ေႀကာင္းနဲ ့ စိတ္ခ်ယုံႀကည္စြာ လာေရာက္ဆက္သြယ္ပါလို ့ေျပာျပီး၊ လာတဲ့အခါမွာ သြားေရာက္ေတြ ့ဆုံဆက္သြယ္ခဲ့ပါတယ္။

ဒီလိုမ်ဳိး ဂြ်န္၀ီလီယံယက္ေတာကေန ျခံဂိတ္၀မွာ ကဒ္ျပားအနီျပတာ၊ လုံျခဳံေရးအေစာင့္ေတြက ျခံ၀န္းအတြင္းကို ေခၚသြင္းသြားတာ၊ ျခံ၀န္းအတြင္းမွာ လုံျခဳံေရးေတြရဲ ့ အကူအညီနဲ ့ပုန္းေအာင္းေနတာ၊ ေနာက္ေန ့မနက္က်မွ ေရကူး၀င္လာတဲ့ပုံစံျပဳလုပ္တာ ေျပာဆိုတာေတြဟာ ႀကိဳတင္စီမံမွ ဳျပဳလုပ္ျပီး အကြက္က်က် စီစဥ္တယ္ဆိုတာ ေတြ ့ရပါတယ္။ ဒီလို ႀကံစီမွဳကို အခ်ိတ္အဆက္ရွိရွိ ဖန္တီးတာ လုံျခဳံေရးအေစာင့္ေတြကို စီမံခ်က္နဲ ့ အထက္ပိုင္းက ခိုင္းေစအမိန္ ့ေပးတဲ့ နအဖထိပ္ပိုင္းကဘဲ ျဖစ္တာ ေသခ်ာပါတယ္။
